Grief and Loss is painful.
I have many experiences with grief and loss but my most profound experience came when my husband was told he had incurable cancer. I cared for him for 3 and a half years before he died and the different levels of loss were accute at this time, from anticipatory grief to secondary losses. After my husband died I also realised that a part of me had died too. I was no longer the person I was and there was no way of me ever returning to that version of myself.
Grief and loss will impact us all in our life times, there is nothing surer than that. We all come into the world and we all leave it, unfortunately some a lot sooner than we ever wanted them to or expected. Yet as a society we struggle to talk about grief and loss and we are not very good at supporting those going through grief and trauma from the loss of of their loved ones.
My mission is to witness though experiencing grief. To ensure they feel seen and heard, to help them feel less isolated and alone in their journey.

I felt like Sadie totally understood where I was coming from and she held space for me in a way that I needed. I loved my sessions with her. I felt a real shift in my perspective. Thanks Sadie

Sadie showed me it was OK to be me and taught me how to love life again.

Come and join us on my 12 week Living Through Grief course
Create good energy
My 12 week programme is for those living through grief. Over the 12 weeks we will journey through Awareness, Expression, Connection, Surender, Evolution and Transformation. We will be using some healing tolls such as EFT, Sound Healing, Journaling and grief movement to help us work through the different areas.
Grief is a process and everyones journey with grief and loss is unique. No one will experience the loss of a loved one the same as another. It is important to acknowledge this and allow everyone to sit in their grief in their way.
This 12 week programme is to support each of you to try and enable you to live with more love and less pain as you remember your loved one.
Start this courseGrief can feel lonely. You see others move on and you feel frozen in time.
We are never encouraged to speak about our grief and loss and instead are celebrated for being strong, moving on and continuing to live. When you have lost someone who means the world to you these are the feelings that feel a million miles from where you are. This makes you feel isolated and alone. So many feelings come to the surface as you try to pick up the pieces of your life.
Self-love and self-care is something we really need to focus on at this time, which is so difficult as you are probably just functioning. I aim to help you get to a place where you feel able to love and care for yourself and find tools that support you as you start to live with your grief.
