Hello, I’m Sadie, and I’m here to guide you on your journey through grief.

Grief is one of life’s most profound and challenging experiences, yet it also has the potential to reshape us in ways we never imagined. I know this intimately, having walked my own path of loss. My husband lived courageously with stage 4 cancer for 3.5 years before complications and sepsis ended his life. His passing left me navigating uncharted waters, searching for ways to honour my pain, hold my memories, and find a way forward.

Loss has been a constant thread in my life. From divorce and IVF struggles to the loss of many family members and friends, I’ve experienced grief in its many forms. As a parent to neurodiverse children, I’ve also learned the importance of resilience, compassion, and finding moments of light even in the darkest times.

These experiences have shaped who I am and fuelled my passion for supporting others. My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can process your grief, rediscover your strength, and feel truly seen and held.

My Journey to Healing

After my husband’s passing, I sought solace in practices that helped me connect with myself and my emotions. I discovered the transformative power of healing modalities such as breathwork, sound healing, and grief movement. These tools didn’t “fix” my grief but allowed me to hold it with greater compassion, creating space for healing and hope.

With this newfound understanding, I trained extensively in these and other practices to help others navigate their own grief journeys. My approach is rooted in lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to creating spaces where healing can unfold naturally.

 

 

Who I Am

Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I served as a police officer for 28 years. For over a decade, I specialised in supporting survivors of historic abuse, domestic violence, and those impacted by homicide. Holding space for people in the midst of trauma taught me the importance of empathy, listening, and creating environments where people feel safe and supported.

Following my retirement from the police and the passing of my husband, I knew I wanted to channel my skills and lived experience into something deeply meaningful. I now guide individuals and groups through the complexities of grief, offering support, connection, and practical tools for healing.

 

 

How I Can Support You

My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, with no expectations or pressure to share. This is your time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

I provide a range of services to support your unique journey, including:

In-Person Retreats: Exclusive, tranquil spaces designed to help you rest, heal, and connect with others who understand grief.

Online Courses: Accessible programmes that combine healing practices and practical tools to guide you through grief.

One-Off Guides: Resources such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for grief, offering immediate support for emotional release and grounding.

1:1Sessions via zoom: I provide 1:1 sessions in coaching/EFT/Sound healing/Grief Movement.  You can purchase packages of either 3 or 6 sessions.  I do not do single sessions for Coaching or EFT.

 

My Approach

I use a blend of healing modalities to help you process grief and reconnect with yourself, including:

Breathwork – Grounding and calming practices to help you process emotions and find clarity.

Sound Healing – Vibrational sound to ease emotional tension and calm the nervous system.

Grief Movement – Gentle practices to release the weight of grief stored in the body.

Reiki – Restoring energetic balance and promoting deep relaxation.

Dharma Coaching & Grief Education – Helping you navigate grief with purpose and understanding.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) – A powerful tapping method to release emotional blocks and create a sense of calm.

Creative Practices – Journaling, automatic writing, and other tools for emotional expression.
