Why This Program Works

When I lost my person, the grief felt unbearable, but it wasn’t the only time I faced overwhelming emotions. Even before his passing, when he was diagnosed, I was consumed by anticipatory grief—the anxiety, fear, and sadness felt like they were suffocating me.

That’s when I found EFT. I began using it not just as a lifeline, but as a way to calm my nervous system, allowing me to sit with my grief instead of being consumed by it. I used it to navigate the waves of anxiety and even the physical pain that grief can manifest in the body. Tapping became my go-to practice for finding peace amidst the storm.
