1:1 Grief Coaching - 6 Sessions

As someone who has walked this path, I understand your pain and am here to support you through it.  I have lived experience of how grief and loss impacts you, not only on an emotional level but also physically too.

I have experience of a whole host of different losses but the most profound is the death of my husband.   The experience of deep loss is one that can never be fully explained to those who have never experienced it.  Like most things in life it is only when you have walked in similar shoes can you truly empathise and feel the embodied pain another feels when they navigate a deep loss.

My 1:1 Grief Coaching sessions offer a compassionate and personalised approach, drawing on both my lived experience and professional training.

The truth is when we experience a deep loss we will grieve forever.  What we must try to do though is not just survive but thrive so we can honour our loved one and live with more love and less pain.

In our sessions I meet you where you are.  Your journey is your journey and your loss is the worst possible loss to you.  We will work together in a way that is supportive to you and I have a number of tools that we may use during our sessions if they feel appropriate.  No two people grieve the same and no two peoples grief is the same.  Therefore, no two people can be supported in the same way.  That is why it is crucial that I meet you exactly where you are in your grief journey and focus on what you need so I can guide you at your own pace.

Investing in your own healing is the best thing you can do for you!  We all need to take care of ourselves so we can continue to show up in the ways we need to.  It is the most selfless thing you can do for yourself.

Grief is a process that we need to go through, there is no quick fix or easy way around it.  If we try to avoid it or hide from it you will find it simply sits and waits for you.

Facing grief and dealing with it is hard, I will not lie, but nothing is harder than the loss you have already experienced.
