Are you navigating the complexities of grief and seeking a moment to pause, reflect, and heal?   The Grief Retreat is a nurturing sanctuary created just for you, a place to reconnect with yourself, find peace, and explore tools to support your healing journey.

 

Grief can feel heavy, exhausting, and isolating. You may feel like no one truly understands, like you need to wear a mask just to get through the day. Friends and family might not know what to say, or they avoid mentioning your loved one at all.

This retreat is your chance to take that mask off. To exhale. To be witnessed and supported without judgment. Here, you don’t have to be “strong.” You only need to be you, exactly as you are.

🌿 The Grief Retreat

10:00 am – 5:00 pm

10:00 – 10:30 | Arrival & Welcome Circle

  • Gentle introductions with Warm drinks and grounding.

  • Set intentions for the day and create a safe, supportive container.

10:30 – 11:30 | Guided Breathwork & Gentle Movement

  • Breathwork to settle into the body.

  • A grief movement flow to gently release tension and awaken presence.  This is not Yoga and can be done in a seated position if needed.

11:30 – 11:45 | Tea Break & Connection

  • Light refreshments.

  • Space to mingle or quietly reflect.

11:45 – 12:45 | EFT & Journaling Practice

  • Learn simple EFT (tapping) for calming overwhelming emotions.

  • Guided journaling to explore personal reflections.

12:45 – 1:45 | Lunch & Time to Connect or Reflect

  • Nourishing lunch together.

  • Opportunity to mingle, chat, or enjoy quiet time.

1:45 – 2:45 | Creative Expression Session

  • Guided creative writing or gentle artistic expression with art materials or clay.

  • A safe outlet for emotions, honouring grief through words or imagery.

2:45 – 3:00 | Refreshments

  • Light refreshments.

  • Space to connect or rest.

3:00 – 4:00 | Sound Healing Journey

  • Immersive sound bath.

  • Deep relaxation, allowing sound to soothe mind, body, and spirit.

4:00 – 4:45 | Integration & Reflection Circle

  • Space to share insights, feelings, or simply be witnessed.

  • Gentle practices for grounding before leaving.

4:45 – 5:00 | Closing Ritual

  • Final words, gratitude, and blessings for the journey ahead.

This retreat is for you if you are carrying grief in any of its many forms.

It might be the grief that comes with losing a loved one, the deep ache of their absence and the silence where their name used to be spoken.
It might be anticipatory grief, knowing loss is coming and living with the weight of it every single day.
It might be the quiet grief of divorce, infertility, or dreams that never came to life.
Or it might be that life has shifted in ways you never asked for, and you’re left trying to figure out who you are now.

This space is for women who:

You don’t need to have any experience with breathwork, journaling, or sound healing. You don’t need to show up in any way other than as you are. This retreat isn’t about fixing you, because you are not broken.
